We promised telling you about our game
yesterday. Iñaki prepared a file with 60 close up pictures of objects on board,
all of them in places we could easily access without being on anybody’s way.
The pics were classified into four categories according to the difficulty to
identify them. The more difficult, more points per pic. We could play alone or
in teams, and we had 2 hours. It was really good fun, but I am not sure who had
a better time, we or the people in the bridge, watching us up and down, prow to
stern, all trying to avoid each other. Venicio thought on being on his own in
the gym, and he got it all wrong, we all went down there and it was a miracle
we did not take him off the treadmill to look underneath.
I have to say that although none of the crew
played, many were subjected to a merciless questioning, and not even the crew
could identify all objects. In any case, Alba and Yolanda won with 83 points,
although to their eternal shame they failed to identify, of all objects, the
hook where we hang the knife to cut the ham… In second place were Andrés and
Javi, with 76 points, and in third place, Eva, Roi and Edu with 58. We had a
very good time, shame the weather was not at its best to have a better look
outside. A clap for Iñaki, because this game took some time to prepare, not to
talk about desciphering our scrawling on the sorry looking pages, wet and
wrinkled.
Here you can see some of the pics. Nobody
managed to identify the first, which turned out to be the logo in some
hosepipes.
Our best to Iria and Jose, thanks for your
comments! Unfortunately we cannot do as Nicolás asked us. It turns out our
internet connection is not enough to upload videos. We will record our work and
show it from dry land, but for now it has to be just pics. Nice work with your
bacteria!
And now… we go fishing! Stay tuned for more
news!
